Courtney succeeded in selling our apartment while also managing to help us find a home. I feel that Courtney’s personality was well suited with ours and the way we would like to deal with potential buyers. She was not only professional in our interactions with her, but those with other agents, potential buyers, and sellers.
What I like the most about working with Courtney is that she does not try to “hard sell” you something which you do not like, she is honest with her feedback and reasonable with what she believes is achievable. She also maintained a good line of communication between us, the sellers and the buyers.
