HQM Properties CC was founded in 2004 to fill a gaping hole in residential property management. Even with the development in technology, communication and transport, foreign homeowners are not able to manage their homes properly.
Traditionally estate agents and rental agents had been assigned the job of looking after the houses. However, for most of these companies property management is not their primary business focus. This results in poor service and ultimately disappointment for the homeowner. This is the role HQM fills. The management of your house is our focus.
Ross Kutisker-Jacobson and Grant Holton, the owners of HQM Properties, have both graduated with a Bachelor of Business Science – Finance Honours degree from the University of Cape Town.
They have recognised the need for HQM’s services in Cape Town. Homeowners are not able to manage their properties via satellite and they need someone in Cape Town who will save them the time and hassle of managing their property.
Through HQM Properties, the homeowner will have the comfort of knowing that their house is being managed as if they were managing it themselves. The homeowner will be able to select our level of involvement at a level which suites their needs.
